Stunning Resort in a stunning location. Perfection.

From check-in to upgrading our accommodation, everything was perfect. This resort is utterly beautiful. The rooms are huge and beautifully furnished. Restaurants and little shops are a 12 min walk away. One can book excursions from a little travel place very close by. However, we rented a scooter and rode all over the island. The pool area is stunning. The resort is right on the beach.

Everything was great - the on-site restaurant is very expensive, though.

Paradise.

I loved everything about this property, the grounds are amazing! So well maintained and you feel at one with nature. Room was so big and comfortable and having our own private pool was a nice touch. The rooms are all made of natural wood and it just adds to the rustic vibe of the hotel. This has been my favourite hotel to stay in ever. It’s so beautiful. Food at the hotel is delicious too! And the surroundings are so lush with greenery and you can dine right at the beach! And the view in the breakfast restaurant is perfect it looks over the lake and the mountains. Staff are so polite and go above and beyond! I even booked the wrong boat and they made sure they changed it for us. Staff are so welcoming and are a credit to the hotel, we were always greeted with a smile and their generosity was fantastic. It made our first trip to Koh Chang perfect. I am writing this as I sat in reception waiting to leave. I feel sad because I would happily stay another week! Book this hotel you won’t be disappointed.

I liked the hotel atmosphere and this traditional design. I loved the garden,the pool,and the room with the pool inside,all were remarkable plan and. Design..

Well, to be honest,I think all place is a bit neglected. They must renovate some of the room. At least to clean the mold from the outdone dors and made them closed properly. I visited santhiya koh pangan,and it's in better shape. When you design such a beautiful hotel ,you must take in consider how to keep it in good shape for years.

Unique experience in a beautiful hotel, away from the crowd and with a magical view.

Incredibly beautiful hotel and room entirely in wood, with a magical view overlooking the mountains and river. The staff was so thoughtful and helpful!

The hotel restaurant is not very good but there’s a small local restaurant next to it that serves food of good quality.

The place to stay in Koh Chang

This is a superlative hotel, starting with the always polite, friendly, and helpful staff, who anticipate every of your needs. The main building itself is made entirely of wood and is an impressive sight. I had the room with a private infinity pool and a view of the green hills of Ko Chang. It was almost like a dream. The beautiful, large four-poster bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room, like the main building, is tastefully decorated entirely in wood. Many small amenities complete the overall impression. I thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet and the view of the green hills from the pool. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally varied and plentiful. You can see that the staff here are well-trained, and the management also puts a lot of effort into keeping the building in good condition. During my stay, a part of the building was being pressure-cleaned and the paint was being renewed, but I didn't find it disturbing. The rest of the complex is also very nicely decorated, with bungalows and private villas with pools. Upon check-in, I was offered a welcome drink and was informed that I could contact the reception at any time via WhatsApp.

I had booked the speedboat transfer from the mainland to the hotel in advance, at a rather high price. Especially for the view of the island. This was denied 2 days in advance due to weather conditions, and I was taken to the hotel by minibus and ferry, for which I had to wait almost 45 minutes. However, it was a gain for the hotel because they didn't have to pay for fuel if the boat and I wasn't offered anything in return. Since I'm not a weather expert and don't know anything about waves and currents, I expressly don't want to blame the hotel here, even though I felt the weather was very good on the day of my arrival, and there were apparently no high waves. Since the hotel is located off the main road, a small road leads to the hotel, but it is only dimly lit at night. Part of it, the last 50 meters to the hotel, is covered with gravel and is in poor condition, with many potholes that are being filled in here and there. Lighting is also lacking here at night. I find a deposit of 3,000 baht a bit high, as the hotel's customers are not among those who would cause any problems.

Exotic feel, private pool bliss

Unique decor and cosy exotic feeling. Awesome private pool, great for indulging a good moment solo or as a couple.

Breakfast was terrible and not at all in line with the property. Staff was hit and miss, some quite good others left a lot to be desired.

Paradise away from home

Everything about the resort was beautiful from the rooms, to the pool, to the ammenities and guest service. The buffet had a huge selection of food and the fire show was spectacular. Everything was well planned and well thought of, especially the rooms with the private pool and a Thai theme design. Saddam was very accommodating and always looking for our needs when we were in the restaurant, also gave us a table with a beautiful sunset view

It's a beautiful esthetic resort, definitely a wow factor. The staff are wonderful in every way.

The food was below expectations and expensive. I think the menu is too large to be good. Reduce the choices and stay with local recipes would be my advice. Our bathroom needs updating.

The restaurant food for the evening meal was very disappointing and the choice very limited, so much so that we decided to eat outside most nights, breakfast was very good. If the dinner had been a 5 star restaurant then we would have never gone anywhere else

Great place to relax and spend time for two. Very friendly and supportive team. Breakfast and diner was offered with a big selection and quality. The area of the hotel was very clean and shows always new surprises. A good place to start excursions and individual discovery of the island. The weekly diner buffet was amazing. In both directions of the area you have great views. Sea view, river view…

I had an accident with a scooter. Please check you r insurance before, A or A1 Drivers license and to have the International Driver license as Translated version. (But this has nothing to do with the hotel)
